Where Are The Calories Coming From?

Many people on diet's who have not been seeing results for a while start to get disgruntled. They search for all the reasons that they aren't seeing results, but can't find anything. After all their hard work, dedication, and sacrifice, they still cannot seem to lose weight. Here is the general reason... Most of their calories are coming from liquids!

A lot of people drink soda like it has no calories or no effect on their diet when it actually does. If you constantly find yourself drinking soda, just switching to the diet version can save you hundreds of calories DAILY! If you really have to have that fully sugared soda to get yourself going make sure you have it in the morning, giving you the best chance to burn off those calories during the day.

These are just a few other liquids that you are possibly unconsciously consuming daily: salad dressing, sauces, and fruit juices.

For all of these liquids, try switching to the diet or low calorie version. However, just because they are low in calories, does not make it ok to drink more than you normally would.

The main thing to remember here is, everything in moderation. It will not hurt you to have a soda or two a week, but once you start having it every day, along with dressings and other high calorie liquids, you are adding back all the calories that you have been trying to cut out. If you can cut back on your liquid calories, you will see major results in no time.
